Who is behind EEVA RIA?
EEVA RIA is founded by Kairavee, a strategy consultant who, after seven years of carrying an unpractical but unfashionable business bag, decided to create her own. What began as a side project soon turned into her passion to develop a brand for business bags tailored to the needs of working women. The company is bootstrapped and based in Berlin.

The name, inspired by the Hebrew word for “life” (EVA) and the Latin word for “diverse” and “colorful” (VARIA), represents the diverse and unique businesswomen who use our bags. The name (ARIA) also translate to „lioness“ and an „eagle’s wisdom“, symbolizing the bold, curious and wise qualities of the EEVA RIA women who excel in today‘s business world.

Where can I buy your products?
Our business bags are available for purchase on our online store. We also occasionally have pop-up stores in different cities. Stay updated by following us on social media or subscribing to our EEVA RIA inner circle to find out when we'll be in a city near you.

Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, we do sell gift cards. Write us an email to admin@eeva-ria.com or get with us in contact via WhatsApp.
Can I exchange items from my order?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer product exchanges. We recommend placing a new order for the item you prefer and returning the original product.
Can I cancel an item from my order?
Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel an item. If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact our customer care team via WhatsAPP (+4915156127718).
Is gift wrapping available for items I wish to purchase?
Yes! We do offer the option to add a personalised gift card for your package. Just send us a message via WhatsApp (+49.151.56127718) and we will coordinate everything from there.

We order only in small quantities as we aim to avoid overproduction.

What is a preorder and how does it work?
At our company, we choose to primarily offer preorders as a means of reducing overproduction and supporting our financial growth as a small startup. By limiting our initial production runs, we are able to focus on providing the best possible products as every handbag will be handmade specifically for you. Preorders also enable you to secure your favorite business bag before it becomes available on our website and pop-up stores.
While an estimated delivery date will be provided on the product page, please keep in mind that due to current economic circumstances, slight delays may occur.
Shipping
To which countries do you deliver?
We offer shipping in the EU, UK, US & Australia at the moment. We will offer global Shipping in the near future.
How much will I be charged for shipping?
We offer complimentary shipping for laptop bags to all countries. Shipping charges for all other products:
Germany: 5 EUR
Rest of Europe & UK: 15 Euros
US: 20 USD
The cost for returns is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
For products in stock: You can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 business days if you're located in the EU. For the UK/US it will usually take 5-8 days. For preorders, the delivery time frime is 4-8 weeks.
How can I check the status of my delivery?
Track your order by using the tracking link provided in the dispatch confirmation email sent by our customer care team upon shipment.
What courier companies do you use?
The environment is important to us . Where possible, we use DHL GoGreen for our deliveries. DHL GoGreen delivers climate neutral by purchasing climate protection certificates. Otherwise we use DPD.

Do taxes and duties apply for my order?
We cover import duties, custom fees or country taxes in Europe and the UK. In all other cases, the recipient is responsible for paying any additional charges and will be contacted directly by the courier.
Is my shipment insured?
Each parcel we ship is insured for your peace of mind until it reaches you safely.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Our return policy allows you to return your purchase within 14 days from the shipping date for online orders, and 14 days from the purchase date for in-store purchases. Items must be returned unused in their original condition and packaging, along with all tags and invoices. Damaged items will not be accepted for return or refund.
Customized products are not eligible for returns. By placing an order with a customized item, it is understood that the customer has accepted these terms.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund amount. The delivery costs will not be refunded or deducted from the refund, depending on the shipping option chosen at purchase.
Please keep in mind that once the parcel has been delivered to the customer, EEVA RIA is no longer responsible for any lost parcels. Additionally, any returns made with a shipping label not provided by us will not be the responsibility of EEVA RIA.

How do I return an item?
1. Ensure that your order falls within our 14-day return policy
2. Send us an email to returns@eeva-ria.com. You will receive a return label from us (The cost of the return will be borne by the customer).
3. Repack your item, ensuring it is properly packaged and meets our return requirements
How long does it take for a refund to be issued?
Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it. Once your return is accepted, it can take up to 14 working days for the refund to be processed and transferred to your account. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 days for the refund to be processed by your bank. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is complete. The refund will be credited via the same payment method used fort he purchase.
If the item is not in the same condition as received initially, a reduction of the refund amount may apply or the return might not be accepted.

What are my payment options?
We accept Master Card, Visa, Sofortüberweisung, Apple Pay and Paypal. If you encounter any issues with these options, please reach out to us via WhatsAPP and we will work to find an alternative solution (+49.151.56127718).
Are delivery charges and return costs eligible for a refund?
Delivery charges, return costs, country-specific import duties, taxes and customs fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.
In which currency can I make my purchase?
The currency in which you can make your purchase will be determined by your shipping destination and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
How can I receive an invoice for my purchase?
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your invoice.

Where are EEVA RIA bags manufactured?
All our bags and all components are produced in Italy by a family-owned manufacturers. Although it comes with a higher production cost, we chose Italy for our business bag production as it is the birthplace of leather work, with a tradition in bag craftsmanship dating back centuries. We have a close relationship not only with our producer, but also all our suppliers. We have personally assessed and hand-picked all input materials and components in a thorough process.
All our handbags are designed in Berlin, which is a city renowned for creativity, art and design in Germany.

What materials do you use for your bags?
We carefully select materials not only for their appearance, but also for their touch, sound, and smell, particularly when it comes to leather. Our business bags are made from high-quality Italian leather, known for its durability. The lining of our bags is made from 100% cotton, sourced from Italy, and we use top-quality YKK zippers. All other metal components are also sourced from Italy. All materials and components have been thoroughly inspected and personally selected by us. Our suppliers comply with EU regulations and standards.
Warranty & Care
My bag is damaged, what should I do?
Quality is our top priority and one of our fundamental principles. If you notice any defects or damages to your bag, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We make every effort to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. How long is the warranty for EEVA RIA products?
All our products come with a one-year warranty. In the event of unexpected damage due to product quality within this period, we offer a free repair service. Please contact us via WhatsApp (+4915156127718) as soon as you notice any damage. If the damage occurs outside the warranty period, we will assess it on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist you with the repair. In this case, there may be costs involved depending on the extent of the damage, which we will inform you about in advance.

It is important to take proper care of your EEVA RIA bag to ensure its longevity. Here are some tips for maintaining your bag:
